psychotherapy for women
A gentle and supportive space to explore life’s shifting phases
Welcome!
My name is Liz Musiol, a qualified psychotherapist specialising in women’s health and wellbeing. Womanhood often means having to move through the world while holding a huge amount of emotional complexity. Careers, maintaining relationships, supporting family and the societal pressure we live under can leave us feeling a little stretched, a little invisible, and a little lost to ourselves. Layered onto this are the many ways that changing hormones – through menstruation, perinatal transitions or perimenopause – continuously impact our mood, energy and identity.
I’m interested in giving this its full weight. To provide a caring, non-judgmental and supportive environment in which to navigate the shifting transitions and experiences that shape your life. In our work together, there is room for contradiction, vulnerability and difficult emotions that need a space to be held and explored, that feel like “too much” in the outside world.
Every therapy journey is unique. It starts and ends with the relationship between us. My approach is warm, collaborative and down to earth, moving at your pace. If you feel ready to take this step, I’m here to support you.
